Dayana Susterman Dotoli is the Co-Founder of the Josh Dotoli Group and heads their New Development Division. Dayana recently led the small and dynamic sales team that successfully sold out 129 condo/townhome units at the Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach. This was the first pre-construction to achieve a full sell out before the building opened its doors in 2018. Presently Dayana and her sales team are handling the marketing and sales for Galleria Villages, 24 modern townhomes located in East Fort Lauderdale. Dayana was born in Venezuela, has lived in Israel and speaks three languages. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Josh and one-year-old daughter Jona. 

Compass agent Juliet Ferrara was raised in a real estate family in New England. She is a full time real estate professional with over 7 years in the industry and a particular focus on East Fort Lauderdale. Katie Nahat grew up in Tampa FL and attended college at the University of Central Florida graduating with a BA in Psychology. Through her career, she has specialized in luxury sales, marketing and events which fit seamlessly into the luxury real estate market. Real estate and home design have always been a passion of hers as her father was a broker and mother had a love of interior design. She currently resides in east Fort Lauderdale which she loves for its laid back, tropical vibe. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hosting events and decorating.

Jennifer Ponzini is adept at listening, understanding her clients' needs and expectations, and helping them achieve their goals through experience, industry knowledge and communication.

A lifelong resident of Long Island, Jennifer was raised in Nassau County, moved to Suffolk County, and eventually relocated to the East End to raise her three children. Jennifer currently spends her time in both the Hamptons and Palm Beach. She is a community activist whose involvements have included serving as Sag Harbor Elementary School PTA President and as a Board Member of the Sag Harbor Village Zoning Board of Appeals for five years.

Jennifer began her real estate career at age sixteen working for a title company. After graduating from Hofstra University with a BA in American Literature and Secondary Education, she was enrolled in law school at the age of twenty and earned her Juris Doctorate from St. John's School of Law. Jennifer joined a prominent law firm plus maintained her own law practice focusing on real estate law. She practiced law for over 17 years in insurance defense litigation, real estate, and as a court referee in foreclosure proceedings. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of title issues, contract negotiations and real estate closing matters. As an attorney and a real estate broker, she joined Compass after working for Corcoran in Sag Harbor. Jennifer is a Notary Public and is admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States Eastern & Southern Districts. She is a duly Licensed Real Estate Broker in both New York and Florida. Her experience in law and real estate adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to Compass.

As a New York native and Queens College graduate, Chiara built her reputation as a strong negotiator and tough businesswoman. These skills enabled her to develop and sell her early childhood education center in NYC. After selling her business, Chiara and her young family joined her extended family buying and selling vacation properties in the South Florida area. Chiara combined her business savvy with her experience in real estate to become a great advisor to her clients, buying and selling real estate. 

Chiara is fluent in Spanish and stays in touch with her roots by continually improving her Italian. As an Argentine native, Chiara enjoys spending time with her family around a big parillada!
