I am an Ohio resident, and I was looking to change my residency to Florida. I have a friend in the Fort Lauderdale area who recommended two excellent real estate agents to me. I met Josh via a Zillow message inquiry associated with a property in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He called me within two minutes of my inquiry. I told him my wife and I were moving from Dallas, TX to Ft. Lauderdale and needed a real estate agent to 1) find a 2-month rental while my wife and I searched for a permanent residence and 2) help us find a permanent retirement condominium. I provided Josh with our parameters (price, sq ft, location, etc.). Within one hour, he sent us a Compass database collection with properties that met our criteria.
